All our houses are close to at least one university and have shops for day-to-day need around. Public transport (bus, train, underground) is always in walking distance to get to the city or any place you like.
The monthly rent also includes the cost for energy and supply. In most cases you do not even have to contact the local energy provider. We take care about cost and energy efficient building equipment and invest continuously.
Going to a laundrette can be time consuming and costly. All houses have laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers. After doing your laundry you can go back to your apartment and wait till it’s done.
